Blokarting is also called beach sailing and is all about agility and speed. Get in the kart and let the wind sail you over the beach. During a blokart ride you will first get a short explanation about the basics of blokarting, such as driving, turning and drifting. After that, you can go wild! A great outing for the family, because kids as young as 13 are allowed on the blokart. Would you like to do more sports on the beach? You can combine blokarting with other activities, such as powerkiting, bubble soccer or archery.
Travel by metro from the beach towards Rotterdam. Hidden between the trees of the Kralingse Bos lies Klimpark Fun Forest Rotterdam. Through the forest, there are several courses you can take. Start your climb on the easy parcours of 2,5 meters and end at the extreme parcours with a bungee jump of 12 meters height. Both young and old are catered for in the climbing park Fun Forest. The little ones can climb for about 2 hours in the Klimbos mini. Don’t forget to look around while climbing, because you have a magnificent view over the Kralingse Plas from the trees. Finished climbing? In the backyard of the climbing forest you will find Boss Kitchen. Here you can go for a good lunch or a drink.
Time to cool off? Then head to Snowworld Zoetermeer. Here you can enjoy winter sports 365 days a year. The ski hall has, among other things, 4 slopes and the steepest indoor slope in Europe. You can enjoy hours of winter sports fun there. Besides the various slopes, Snowworld also has a Funpark where you can go wild on your snowboard or skis. Going on the slopes for the first time?
