With Arriva, you can check in and out very easily with your debit or credit card (Eurocard, Mastercard or Visa). This is cheaper than buying a Convenience ticket from the driver. The travel costs are shown when you plan a trip on 9292 and are the same as if you were travelling with a full-fare OV-chipkaart.

For children aged between 4 and 11 years we have a special (paper) bus ticket: the Kinderritkaart. Which costs you nothing! Whether you check in and out with your debit card, credit card or OV-chip card or travel with an e-ticket, Convenience ticket or a Tourist Day Ticket: a maximum of three children (4 to 11 years) can travel for FREE per adult! You can use the Kinderritkaart on weekdays after 9.00 a.m., and on the weekends even the whole day! Your travel group may not be larger than eight people (e.g. two adults with six children). You will receive the free Kinderritkaart from the bus driver when you get in the bus.
